Job Responsibilities
- HR and Financial Process Improvement
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR processes to elevate employee experience processes (e.g., onboarding, benefit renewals, recruitment etc).
- Coordinate and collaborate with different teams to plan, organize and manage regular engagement activities, HR events, ensuring their smooth execution and successful outcomes (e.g., townhalls, trainings, leadership offsite etc)
- Process and track HR function invoices for timely submission and approvals.
- Keep accurate financial records and assist with budget tracking.
- Prepare presentation packs, reports and analysis for review.
- HR Leadership Support.
- Aid HR leaders with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.
- Manage HR leadership expense claims, ensuring receipt verification and policy compliance.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed (employee engagement survey, recognition, performance and pay planning, HRIS system testing etc.)
Job Requirements
Minimum 3+ years in human resources.Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, plan events and multitask effectively.Financial Acumen : Experience handling invoices, expense claims, or basic accounting tasks.Communication : Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is beneficial.Tech Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with HR systems (e.g., Workday) or expense management tools (e.g Coupa).Attention to Detail : Accuracy in handling confidential data and financial records.Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
