About the Role
Responsible for providing services to customers relating to areas such as sales, sales promotions, billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaintsResponsibilities :
Handle hotline services
Process medical claims, vouchers input (out-patient claims) and pre-approval handling
Filing and administration work
Participate on ad hoc projects
As assigned by Line Manager
Requirements :
Cheerful & willing to work as a team
Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense
Excellent and friendly telephone manner and communication skills, self-initiative
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Shift duties are required including non-offices hours, weekends and public holidays
Others :
You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
