职位描述Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent 1-2 years’ working experience in user support and system maintenance, preferably in hospitality industry Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 and Microsoft Office 2021 / 365 Basic knowledge in networking and server management e.g. TCP / IP, Windows Server 2019 / 2022 and Exchange Server Knowledge in database management e.g. Oracle Database or SQL Server will be an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for IT support to the users and hotel guests for the smooth operation of computer or internet systems
- Provide IT services of hardware and software installation, upgrade and maintenance, monitoring of IT inventory, backup and recovery plan
- Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisor
