My client is well known in HK who have been recently going through a lot of transformation projects. They are urgently looking for a manager level candidate to join them to to help drive, implement information management systems and process and help with the governance side
Description
The Manager will have the following duties
- To continue with existing and to implement new systems to drive processes and best practices
- Supervising a team to deliver on project logistics and administration matters
- Budgeting for the department
- Evaluating existing systems and to identify any improvements required
- Handling records management, and providing guidance and training internally on the matter
Profile
The Manager will have the following background
Higher education in Information management or relevantOver 8 years solid experience in the records management / information management fieldOrganised, strong time management and a strong communicatorMust be creative, upbeat and personableGood knowledge of policy and governence and proceduresStrong IT skills in Microsoft 365, Power Bi and Power AutomateJob Offer
