As we expand into Hong Kong, were looking for a highly organised and energetic Consumer Marketing Executive to drive local marketing execution. This includes campaign operations, go-to-market support, partnerships, events, and community activation. Youll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with teams in Singapore and across the region.
Role Overview
This role is critical to our Hong Kong market growth. You'll manage the on-the-ground execution of user campaigns, support external partner initiatives, run community engagement, and ensure local go-to-market (GTM) activities are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & CRM Operations
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, app, paid media, and in-app messaging for the HK market with occasional regional support.
- Own and maintain the local campaign calendar, aligning stakeholders across lifecycle, performance, and content teams.
- Design, document, and continuously improve marketing operations, workflows, and automation to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Support campaign segmentation, A / B testing, tagging, and attribution setup with attention to accuracy and performance tracking.
- Proactively identify and resolve campaign or operational issues before they impact user experience or partner delivery.
2. Partner Campaign Execution
Work with external partners (e.g. banks, merchants, platforms) to co-launch co-branded campaigns and performance-focused promos.Develop localised campaign mechanics such as reward triggers, sign-up bonuses, and limited-time offers that align with partner objectives.Ensure timely delivery of all assets, campaign fulfilment flows, and QA processes to reduce launch risk.Collaborate with partnerships and growth teams to track results, attribution performance, and partner reporting requirements.Maintain a post-campaign learnings library to continuously refine execution and inform future collaboration.3. Market GTM Support & Event Coordination
Lead GTM execution for product launches, merchant rollouts, and seasonal campaigns in Hong Kong.Coordinate across vendors, event organisers, and internal teams to manage on-ground logistics and timelines.Track KPIs across offline activations and events, and provide clear reporting on ROI and learnings.Manage brand presence and ensure local touchpoints are consistent with our broader brand narrative.Collaborate with regional teams to adapt playbooks and localise best practices for the HK market.4. Community Activation & User Engagement
Grow and engage HeyMaxs local user communities (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, online / offline meetups).
Seed campaign content, respond to community feedback, and surface user insights to the broader team.
Plan and execute grassroots activations, leveraging referral mechanics and micro-influencer outreach.
Coordinate with content and CRM teams to amplify key campaigns across community channels.
Explore creative ways to surprise and delight users through community-first reward experiences.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Monitor campaign, referral, and GTM performance metrics with support from the growth and data teams.Ensure accurate implementation of UTMs, tracking links, and conversion pixels across all campaigns.Maintain post-campaign reporting, retrospectives, and an organised learnings repository.Contribute to building campaign testing frameworks that encourage iteration and experimentation.Recommend optimisation strategies backed by insights, benchmarks, and qualitative feedback.Who Were Looking For
2-3 years of hands-on experience in consumer marketing, campaign operations, lifecycle / CRM, or marketing communications ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting compelling customer-facing copy.Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Customer.io , HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), landing page tools (e.g. Webflow, Unbounce), and analytics platforms.Curious and proactive in adopting AI tools or automation to boost productivity and improve outcomes.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.Enjoys collaborating across functions and time zones, while also being self-driven and resourceful.Fluent in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.Bonus : Experience in managing events or user communities, and translating grassroots energy into structured growth.What Youll Gain
