Associate – General Compliance

Responsibilities

• Maintainmunication with Head Office, prepare management reports to Head Office and follow up on the initiatives from Head Office;
• Draft and update policies and procedures reflecting the necessary regulatory developments or internal requirements
• Handle internal investigation and disciplinary actions onpliance related matters;
• Advise business units inpliance with policies and guidelines.
• Perform regularpliance check, monitoring and handling surveillance related matters;
• Handle staff dealing, outside appointment andpliance declaration related matters, staff training and internal reporting;
• Perform otherpliance works and ad hoc projects as assigned
