职位描述Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 of experience inpliance, specifically with authorized funds, including ETFs and VA funds. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks andpliance requirements in the asset management space. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensurepliance with regulations related to authorized funds, including ETFs and VA funds.
- Conduct regularpliance reviews and audits of asset management operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation ofpliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensurepliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting asset management.
