Job Position : Sales Executive (Property)
Job Description :
Our client is a Property company , is now seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Property) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
They welcome non-experienced candidate who is passionate to Property industry with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the property industry
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners (Mainly handle Japanese companies)
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Prepare and present sales presentations
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements :
1+ years of experience in sales, Hotel , Travel , customer service related industry (Fresh graduate also welcome)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsReliable, on-time, proactive, good negotiation sill, willing to develop a long term career in real estate industry .Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), Native Cantonese, Good command in EnglishLicense holder is an advantageBenefits :
