- We are looking for MERCHANDISER (Order Admin Team) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Follow up incoming sales orders, quotations and sales administrative documents;Coordinate, input and administrate sales / purchase orders to centralized ERP system;Input detailed sales quotes to centralized ERP system;Samples follow up and packing;Coordinate with multi-vendors, US sales team and multi-customers.Perform ad hoc assignments as required.5+ years merchandising / order processing for US / EU / global marketsExperience in toys, gift & premium or sundries is preferred;Experience in trading or buying offices with multi-customers and multi-vendors is a plusExperience focus in order processing / order admin is a big plusAbility to independently handle major US / EU retailers’ account;Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;Good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with suppliers and internal teamsNo trips is required5 days work : Mon to Fri 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm13 months salary plus performance bonusAnnual leave : 10 daysBirthday leaveMedical and dental insuranceGroup life insurance.TO APPLY for this job or similar jobs : Please attach your CV with salary expected to https : / / www.cpjobs.com / hk / job / merchandiser-order-administrator-26k-29k-x...
