Our senior client managers develop and maintain relationship with our clients from C-suite to working level of their assigned clients. We develop and deliver appropriate solutions to meet with the client’s strategic growth aspirations, as well driving new reinsurance demands from the markets to meet Swiss Re's own aspirations.
Accountabilities
- Serve as first port of call for assigned clients for all business related matters from new business quotations to managing the in-force book of the assigned clients
- Develop and execute strategic growth and business plans across core and structured reinsurance solutions as well as tech solutions, including marketing objectives and strategies in respect of the portfolio of clients in assigned markets
- Identify opportunities to work with assigned clients by delivering SR value propositions, and to secure business to meet plan. Strive continually to exceed client expectation.
- Contribute to the development of Swiss Re's offer to the market by identifying and assessing client needs and develop solutions to address them in collaboration with stakeholders across Swiss Re's global organisation
- Take leadership internally across various functions to ensure the teams are aligned to perform optimally for our clients.
