About the Role :

As a leader with 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, you'll bring your expertise in customer analytics, AI, and digital transformation to drive agent productivity, enhance customer engagement, and shape the future of distribution. With a focus on data strategy and digital capabilities, you'll play a key role in scaling our business, optimizing operations, and fostering innovation within the insurance distribution space.

What You'll Do :

Lead and scale high-performing teams, bringing together analytics, data strategy, and digital transformation to drive growth.

Use AI and big data analytics to deliver actionable insights that optimize agent performance and improve customer satisfaction.

Shape the digital landscape for insurance agencies by building and implementing cutting-edge digital tools and strategies that engage agents and boost performance.

Drive the integration of online and offline channels for lead generation, attracting and converting customers across multiple touchpoints.

Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies that guide business decisions and unlock new opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in driving business growth within the insurance or financial services sector, particularly through customer analytics, AI, and digital transformation.

Strong background in distribution channels and a deep understanding of how to optimize agent performance through digital tools and strategies.

Demonstrated success in scaling teams and managing high-performing departments.

Expertise in data analytics and the ability to turn raw data into valuable business insights.
