GLOBAL ROLE

To support global business growth and maximise on their product portfolio, this agile MNC insurer, is seeking a highly experienced Deputy Director, Digital Product Development, to formulate digital product strategies and continue to develop local customer propositions globally.

You will take a lead role in digital product innovation and design, you will drive the product implementation process to ensure product delivery in accordance with agreed product plans. You will also establish the regional best practice of data driven product proposition design by collecting country outcome of test and learning, build the fundamental product offer development playbook for a digital led sales process.

You will be an experienced digital life product / marketing management professional with at least 10 years’ experience of working within the Asian life insurance market. Ideally you will have worked closely with digital direct life products. You will also demonstrate knowledge and statistical applications of Insurance and non-insurance data (including structured, non-structured) and its implication to the design of customer propositions.

Last but not least you will be an independent thinker who can quickly make decisions on your feet. You will demonstrate excellence in English and be responsive to working in challenging and demanding environment.
