职位描述Conduct market survey and competitor product analysis in response to new digital products and services features offered by other financial institutions via online media, engagement with customers, etc. to identify gap and opportunities and initiate product feasibility studiesConsistently review and enhance existing digital products and services to remain competitive in the industryObtain and provide direct input on marketing information updates of products and servicesGather information of customer experiences and opinions on the Bank’s digital products and servicesSupervise & support the E-Banking hotline to ensure quality services on customers’ enquiriesReview the reports related to internet banking, mobile banking and digital bankingDegree holder in Business, Banking & Finance or Marketing related disciplinesAt least 3 years’ solid marketing / project management experience in banking industryCreative, self-initiated and able to work independentlyGood communication skills in both spoken and written English and ChineseFamiliar with the market trend and possess strong presentation skills
