Sales Manager - Luxury Tableware (Japanese Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our digital and search marketing strategies, enhancing growth and brand awareness. This full-time role involves developing and executing business strategies and driving brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of business plans.

Description

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans. You will oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and content marketing. Additionally, you will keep close track of industry news and competitor movements, monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes, and liaise and coordinate with suppliers, external partners, and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales & marketing context. Proficiency in both Japanese and Mandarin / English is required, along with proven experience in sales, and campaign development, execution, and analysis. You should be proficient in using relevant sales & marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms) and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
