Management & Planning Executive

Responsibilities

Follow up the companies budgeting, planning report

Excellent communication with sales & administration division among holding company in Japan and branches in Asia

Organize meetings, exhibitions, company activities, public relations

Prepare consolidate reports , sales analysis, financial budgeting to Managing Director

Excellent communication with Chinese / Japanese vendors & customers

Requirement

University level or above

Fluent in spoken and written Japanese & English

Accounting knowledge preferable

Over 3 years working experience in Japanese firm

Strong self-motivation, commitment and independence

Aggressive & willing to work under pressure

Proficient in PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
