IT Business Analyst
Manulife HK is seeking a self-motivated IT Business Analyst, who is obsessed with delivering value, forward-thinking individual, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver.
Position Responsibilities :
Hands-on and thorough understanding of individual insurance products, operations, and processes
Experience in policy administration systems enhancement
Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and disciplined with project scheduling
Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English and Chinese
Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and good understanding of SQL
Experience and expertise in executing and supporting complex testing processes
Minimum 4 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably with strong knowledge of life insurance products and experience in working on new product development projects.
Required Qualifications :
Collaborate with various stakeholders, particularly with project development and operations departments, to ensure the timely and high quality implementation of product development / enhancement projects
Evaluate and assess requests from the product development and operations departments, as well as value streams
Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders and IT development teams
Elicit user requirements, perform impact analysis, propose and document the end-to-end solutions
Define test strategy, construct test plan and manage testing team on test execution to ensure the end product meets the business objectives
Present systems training to business users
Own, investigate and resolve systems and project issues
