Marketing Manager (Open to agency)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication link between tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure mutual sales success for both landlords and tenants.
• Act as the primary contact for managing relationships within a designated tenant portfolio.
• Foster stronger relationships with tenants to enhance support for sales strategies, service standards, and operational efficiency, ultimately boosting sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams-including leasing, mall management, marketing, digital content, finance, and facilities management-to coordinate and execute business-specific projects.
• Create tenant performance reports and suggest actionable recommendations to enhance KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns to tenants, while proposing promotional ideas to drive sales.
• Actively identify, develop, and execute event marketing opportunities, working with stakeholders to expand client and business growth.
• Partner with strategic accounts to shape their marketing and advertising strategies to maximize earnings with the landlord.
• Enhance tenants' sales performance by optimizing their marketing activities (e.g., events, in-store promotions, daily sales metrics).
• Encourage tenant engagement through events and in-store activities, leveraging these opportunities for exclusive product offers.
