- Actively market and promote available office and commercial properties through various channels, including online platforms, broker networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies to enhance property visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure long-term occupancy and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on local commercial real estate trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of overall property management and leasing strategies.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or a related field.Proven track record of successfully leasing office or commercial properties.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of local commercial real estate market trends and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
