The Leasing Officer for Office & Commercial Properties is responsible for driving the leasing process for a portfolio of office and commercial spaces. • Actively market and promote available office and commercial properties through various channels, including online platforms, broker networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies to enhance property visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure long-term occupancy and satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on local commercial real estate trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of overall property management and leasing strategies.
