Deputy / Anti-Fraud Manager (Customer Education and Promotion)

职位描述Degree or above, preferable in business administration, marketing,munication; 3 years banking experience or experience in marketing, event management or training preferred; Data analytic and risk management skills preferred; Strongmunication skills; Goodmand of both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
Responsibilities
- Organize events to promote anti-fraud awareness.
- Work closely with marketing team to design campaigns that mitigate fraud risk.
- Work closely with 2nd line of defense, regulatory bodies, law enforcement units and frontline to deliver customer education programs in relation to anti-fraud.
- Understand and analyze the latest fraud trend to design tailor-made customermunication material.
- Design internalmunication and training program for frontline staff.
