Job Description

1. Develop premium distribution channels (Global Shopping, cross-border beauty e-commerce).

2. Manage agency contracts, process orders, coordinate shipments & track receivables.

3. Execute channel strategies : daily management of online distributors.

4. Enforce distribution policies, guide store operations & plan marketing activities to support distributor growth.

5. Analyze sales data, classify distributors hierarchically.

6. Monitor pricing, address violations promptly, and track distributor feedback.

Job Requirements

1. Private domain traffic development experience; Gen Z communication style.

2. Strong independent thinking, learning, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

3. Proficient in office software.

4. Distributor maintenance experience or beauty product knowledge preferred.
