Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAPEX Finance Manager to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing all project-related CAPEX forecasts, monitoring and discussing project statuses with project teams, liaising with our client’s Finance team to ensure the accounting treatment on fixed assets and construction assets in progress are in accordance with our client’s internal CAPEX and depreciation policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, analyze and track project-related CAPEX financial forecasts and actual reporting.
• Monitor project status and engage in discussions with the project teams to ensure accurate reporting on CAPEX status as well as converting the construction assets in progress to fixed assets at the correct time
• Ensure fixed assets are recognized in compliance with client's internal CAPEX and depreciation policies as well as IFRS
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity on CAPEX recognition
