Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations, including but not limited to processing expense reimbursements and payments, managing petty cash and financial documents, as well as collecting and organizing accounting records.
• Manage the organization’s bank accounts and execute internal and external fund allocations.
• Establish payment channels and execute operational payment and collection tasks according to business funding needs.
• Liaise with banks and third-party payment institutions.
• Conductpany cost analysis, monitor and predict expenses and associated risks.
• Provide daily operational analysis reports and regularly reconcile master data in financial systems with other finance teams to ensure accuracy andpleteness.
• Support other finance teams or functional departments by providing data modeling, data analysis, and related technical assistance as required.
• Handle accounting tasks for thepany’s economic activities, including general ledger, assets, and investment accounting.
• Execute corporate tax-related activities, ensuringpliance with local tax regulations in Hong Kong, implementing rational tax planning, and staying updated on new tax regulations to mitigate tax risks.
• Participate in internal process approvals, address business needs, provide professional financial advice, and mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
