The Role
- Process Transformation :
- Critically evaluate and refine existing operational processes, aligning them with industry best practices.
- Identify key areas for efficiency gains and develop and implement actionable solutions.
- Implement enhancements to streamline management across all operations functions.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for existing products and system workflows.
- Design and analyze business process models to support new product launches and strategic change initiatives.
- Partner with operations managers to thoroughly document new process requirements.
- Collaborate with technology teams to translate operational needs into effective system improvements.
- Engage proactively with project teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of project tasks.
- Obtain necessary approvals for process improvements from key operations leadership.
Your Profile
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Back Office / Operations, with direct experience managing projects. Candidates with less experience may be considered at a corresponding level.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of management.Consulting background is preferredDemonstrated experience in process transformation is highly preferred. Candidates should, at a minimum, be able to review operational processes and independently automate manual tasks to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive process transformation.Strong knowledge of financial products within the Equity Derivatives and FICC business lines.Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across various business and departmental initiatives.Strong program / project management skills.Control-oriented and risk-aware approach to process management.Apply Today
