The Customer Strategy, Insights and Innovation (CSII) Division identifies and leads the customer journey for all stakeholders across the Club ecosystem. The Division centralises the Club’s customer understanding and insights across owners, members and wagering customers, striving for innovation via our Digital and Retail channels. Through enhanced data provision & insights, and online / offline customer strategies devised, improve the channels’ and customer groups’ ability to enhance customer experience, drive wagering turnover and groom customers up the tiers.
Enterprise Data Analytics Platform (EDAP) project is to implement the Club-wide data analytics platform to support Club’s strategic direction to transform the Club into a data-driven organization. The transformation journey with data analytics could accelerate the Club to obtain insights to support Club’s strategic initiatives (including Customer Centric Transformation) and provide enhanced personalized digital experience to customers. This role will report to Senior Manage, Strategic Projects to support the Change Management strategy and activities for the EDAP project.

The Job
You will :
Support the implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy framework for the Enterprise Data Analytics Platform, that aligns with the Club strategic objectives and stakeholders' needs
Manage and execute regular and ad-hoc stakeholder communications, including but not limited to Monthly Newsletter and the engagement and training activities communications
Support in curating and managing an Online Resource Hub for internal stakeholders and users in order to provide easy access to information and updates of EDAP
Help organize various types of stakeholder engagement activities, including Campaigns, Roadshows, Townhalls, Training activities, etc.
Support the organization and managing the delivery of Training Programs to help users understand the new platform and develop the necessary skills to use the capabilities effectively
Manage and execute Stakeholder Assessments, feedback collection and analysis
Support in tracking and reporting the Success Measurement Metrics to improve business adoptions of the platform and drive benefits realization for the Club
Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders from different divisions and IT, to ensure alignment in user expectations
Support in addressing concerns and resolving issues related to the data analytics platform for different stakeholders
Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors
About You
About You
You should have :
Excellent written and spoken communications in English, strong inter-personal and stakeholders management skills
Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or any relevant degrees with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
Solid experience in project or event management. Transformation and change management project experience will be an advantage
Experience and / or strong interests in Change Management framework and methodologies
Experience and passion in data & analytics technology such as cloud technology, data & analytics will be a plus
Sound understanding of business dynamics and its key value drivers
Immediately available preferred
Videos; websites or any online learning and training portal creation and execution experience are all highly preferred but not a must
Solid PowerPoint skills
Project Management Professional Certification Holder will be a plus

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
