Job Description and Responsibilities
- Handling walk-in inquiries and provide professional course consultation to prospective customers
- Maintain good customer relationship by provide excellent after sale service
- Carry out administrative duties such as book keeping, issue payment invoice and receipt
- Provide a safe and hygienic learning environment to students
- Provide assistance to Center Manager and teachers when needed
Requirements
Secondary or above1 years’ experience in sales, preferable in the education industryKnowledge in Chinese typingWell-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitudeAble to multi-taskPossess a detail-oriented mindComputer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)Fluent in Cantonese, conversational in English.
