Job descriptionSecondary or above 1 years’ experience in sales, preferable in the education industry Knowledge in Chinese typing Well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude Able to multi-task Possess a detail-oriented mind Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Fluent in Cantonese, conversational in English. Mandarin is an advantage Willing to work on Saturdays Love kids 5 days’ work week with regular day off on Sunday Off on all Public Holidays 10 days paid Annual Leave Fully paid Paternity Leave Paid Compassionate Leave Professional on-board training Free course quota provided to employee’s children
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Handling walk-in inquiries and provide professional course consultation to prospective customers
- Maintain good customer relationship by provide excellent after sale service
- Carry out administrative duties such as book keeping, issue payment invoice and receipt
- Provide a safe and hygienic learning environment to students
- Provide assistance to Center Manager and teachers when needed
