About the Role :
As a Digital Manager , you will be a strategic business partner, bridging product vision with technical execution. You’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of digital tools (client portals, core systems, marketing platforms) to achieve business goals. Embedded in agile squad teams, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners, UI / UX designers, BAs, and Tech Leads to validate ideas, design solutions, and orchestrate cross-functional resources (frontend, backend, data, QA) for flawless delivery.
What you need to do :
1. Strategic Partnership & Roadmap Alignment
- Partner with Product Owners to align financial product rollout roadmaps with digital capabilities.
- Translate business objectives into actionable digital initiatives (e.g., client portal enhancements, API integrations).
- Prioritize features and define MVP scope to balance speed, quality, and value.
2. Digital Product Development
Lead end-to-end design and build of digital tools / services (client-facing platforms, internal systems).Ensure seamless integration with core financial systems (e.g., payment gateways, risk engines).Champion user-centric design by collaborating with UI / UX teams to validate prototypes and workflows.3. Squad Team Leadership
Discovery Phase : Facilitate workshops with stakeholders (BA, UI / UX, Tech Leads) to validate ideas, define requirements, and design scalable solutions.Delivery Phase : Mobilize and manage cross-functional resources (frontend, backend, QA) to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.Mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with compliance / security standards.4. Performance & Optimization
Define KPIs (e.g., user engagement, conversion rates, system uptime) and monitor post-launch performance.Iterate on digital solutions using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.Requirements
8+ years in digital product management / technical project management, fintech experience required .Proven track record in delivering client portals, financial systems, or SaaS platforms.Strong technical acumen : Understand APIs, cloud infrastructure, frontend / backend architectures, and data flows.Agile / Scrum expertise with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Figma.Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to influence Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe; experience working with DevOps / CI / CD pipelines would be advantageous.
