Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Be responsible to the Construction Manager, Quality Manager and Site Agent and assist them in performing their duties.

Attend contract meetings, moring assembly of DMO(s) or the like on every working day.

Submit record and record photos

Attend the DMO at least twice a day (in the morning & afternoon) and sign in the Contractors attendance Book.

Conduct surprise check and ensure all workers wear ID / uniform and use tools, equipment and personal protective equipment properly.

Requirements

Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with Min. 1 year experience in maintenance or Grade T1 (TCP) plus 5 years maintenance experience

Certificate of Construction Safety Supervisor (OSHC or CICTA preferred);

fresh graduate will also be considered.

Capable to analysis of construction drawing preferable.
