Senior Administrative Executive

We invite high caliber personnel who is dynamic, organized and self-motivated to be a part of our Fund-raising Department for the following position :

Senior Administrative Executive

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Head of Fund-raising in coordinating and executing administrative work for the department.
• Support the Head of Fund-raising with administrative tasks related to fund-raising matters by working closely with the internal stakeholders (including Managers and the team) and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with the Project In Charge to ensure that post-event follow-ups on outstanding donations are well completed within the timeframe.
• Work cooperatively with the Managers to guide the Administrative Assistant in providing support to the team for fundraising events.
• Manage and update the department's inventory stock records with the assistance of the Administrative Assistant.
• Work with the Fund-raising Managers and the team to ensure the data accuracy and consistency, including the donor databases.
• Provide support in various events and activities as required
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the Head of Fund-raising.
