Responsibilities
Leadership & Innovation : Drive the growth of our offshore structuring team by developing innovative strategies and novel payoff structures, thereby expanding our business lines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Traders, Sales, along with support departments such aspliance, Legal, to design, price and issueplex products.
Client & Sales Engagement : Advocate and promote structured investment solutions and trading strategies to Sales teams and clients. Deliver bespoke analytics, epassing liquidity analysis, historical back testing, etc.
Pricing & Client Support : Provide indicative pricing for both existing and prospective clients. Facilitate trade execution and deliver post-trade support, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries about product specifics.
Tool Development & Market Insights : Enhance internal pricing tools and support Sales teams in their implementation. Conduct market analyses to identify significant trends and regulatory developments.
