Responsibilities
- Engage with wealth management business users, product owners, and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and data models that translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Identify opportunities to streamline digital processes that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiencies.
- Leverage industry trends and new technologies to propose innovative solutions tailored for wealth management.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups) to ensure the team is aligned with business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed.
- Manage projects through the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Liaise with IT, business operations, and external vendors to resolve queries, test systems, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Support functional testing, including developing test cases and validating system enhancements to meet user requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Around 5 years of business analysis experience, with a strong focus on digital transformation projects.Proven background working in or with wealth management or financial services, showcasing a clear understanding of the industry’s regulatory and operational nuances.Hands-on experience using agile methodologies and digital tools for business process analysis and project management.Proficiency with requirements gathering, user story development, and process modeling.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability tomunicateplex ideas clearly and effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications :
