Digital Technology Business Analyst – Wealth Management

Responsibilities

• Engage with wealth management business users, product owners, and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Create detailed user stories, process flows, and data models that translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities to streamline digital processes that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiencies.
• Leverage industry trends and new technologies to propose innovative solutions tailored for wealth management.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups) to ensure the team is aligned with business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed.
• Manage projects through the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Liaise with IT, business operations, and external vendors to resolve queries, test systems, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Support functional testing, including developing test cases and validating system enhancements to meet user requirements.
