Wealth Management - Trader（Bond）

Responsiblities

1.负责产品 / 交易执行，及时准确地将代理客户的证券交易指令通过电子化或书面交易系统执行。

Responsible for trade execution. Execute trading instructions on behalf of clients / IC / IA through electronic or written trading systems timely and accurately.

2.负责客户交易前期与IC / 客户沟通，包括交易前市场的分析，交易中及时反馈市场信息，提出合理化操作建议。

Responsible formunicating with Sales team / clients in the early stage of customer transactions, including pre-transaction market analysis, timely feedback of market information during transactions, and putting forward rational operation suggestions.

3.负责交易 / 产品数据维护与分析。

Responsible for analysis of trading data.

4.负责追踪业务各项法规的变动，与legalpliance合作协调。

Responsible for tracking changes in various business regulations and coordinating with legal &pliance department.

5.负责优化相关系统的协调。

Responsible for the coordination of optimization trading related systems.

6.负责新业务与中后台的协调。

Responsible for the coordination of middle and back office for new business line.

7.负责制作 / 更新交易操作指南，并教育训练

Responsible for producing / updating trading operation guides, and providing education and training for sales team.

8.债券 / 票据类 : 尽职调查，上架新产品。

Due Diligence and Launching New Products for bonds / notes products.

9.交易后负责与中台联系顺利交割。

Responsible for contacting the middle office for smooth delivery after transaction.

10.能在组内互相支持。

Able to support each other within the group；Willing to work shifts.

11.其他交易 / 内控等相关工作或上级交办的其他工作。

Able to support other transaction / internal control and other related work or other work assigned by superiors.

Requirement

1. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。

Has outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behavior.

2. 本科及以上，金融经济等相关专业。

Bachelor degree or above，preference for finance related major.

3. 熟悉掌握交易相关业务 / 流程 / 法规知识。

Familiar with transaction-related business / process / regulatory knowledge.

4. 具备股、债从业证书。

License of securities trading。

5. 具备证券行业从业背景。

Financial field work experience / qualifications.

6. 具备较强的团队协作能力 / 诚信等。

Have strong teamwork skills / integrity.
