Wealth Management IT Application Support

Job Description

What is the opportunity? As the Business Operations Support Specialist(12 months renewable contract), you will be involved to maintain and support for a number of applications including but not limited to Avaloq - the core banking system used by Wealth Management (WM) Asia Business and Functional units. What will you do?

• Works with the application support team lead and other team members as a team, to ensure safety and soundness of application environments for daily operations based on the SLA
• Provide L1 and L2 functional and technical support to the end users across multi-functional and geographic areas
• Manage complexity well and coordinate information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional and geographic areas
• Support daily Day End Process, investigate and resolve when issue arise
• Coordinate with vendor or L2 / 3 to resolve production issues and communicate with end users
• Conduct UAT and PIV for adhoc or monthly release
