Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Acquire new brokers and partners to expand distribution networks and grow the business
- Support the development and execution of strategies for partnership distribution channels
- Conduct market research and analysis to support product development and market positioning
- Create and deliver training materials and provide regular market and product updates to partners
- Act as the primary liaison for broker inquiries, product training, and sales support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3-4 years of experience in the broker channel, life insurance sector preferredPassed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a mustProficient across Mandarin, Cantonese, and EnglishStrong customer-centric mindset with an established network of brokersExcellent presentation and training skillsStrong teamwork,munication, and interpersonal abilitiesSkilled inputer applications, including Chinese word processingCandidates with less experience may be considered for a lower-grade roleJob ID JN -062025-1984078
