Job description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms to drive sales and achieve business targets
Acquire new brokers and partners to expand distribution networks and grow the business
Support the development and execution of strategies for partnership distribution channels
Conduct market research and analysis to support product development and market positioning
Create and deliver training materials and provide regular market and product updates to partners
Act as the primary liaison for broker inquiries, product training, and sales support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3-4 years of experience in the broker channel, life insurance sector preferred

Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a must

Proficient across Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

Strong customer-centric mindset with an established network of brokers

Excellent presentation and training skills

Strong teamwork,munication, and interpersonal abilities

Skilled inputer applications, including Chinese word processing

Candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower-grade role
