We are looking for an energetic HR and Admin Manager to oversee and enhance HR strategies, systems, and communications to ensure operational excellence and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will lead Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and HR projects. We are looking for a resilient, energetic and passionate Human Resources professional with end-to-end people operations services experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle all HR functions, including : Recruitment, Payroll, MPF and tax reporting, Employee retention, appraisals and employee communications
Support employee on / off-boarding procedures to cover the whole employee journey to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
Review and update existing HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations
Focus on clear and regular employee communications with front line and back office functions to enhance the employee experience
Collaborate with regional HR team members on the full spectrum of HR and system administration
Continuously identify HR process optimizations leveraging HR best practices and initiatives to enable a more efficient and productive workforce
Responsible for general office admin operations (e.g. office and IT equipment, maintenance, insurance, internet, telecommunication etc.)
Support in the coordination of all staff events (e.g. Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, Team Building activities, Training etc.) to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
Other projects and tasks as required by the direct manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5 to 8 years of work experience as a HR Manager / Assistant Manager with exposure in the hospitality and fast-moving industry is a plus
Bachelor Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
3+ years experience in Payroll
Knowledge of SageHR, Talenox or other HRIS experience
Well-versed in Google Workspace, Slack and other platforms is a plus
Well-versed in Hong Kong's employment laws and regulations
People-oriented, growth mindset and proactive working attitude
Able to adapt to changes and work collaboratively as well as independently
A master of multi-tasking, prioritizing and executing routine tasks
Skilled in communicating and presenting effectively with all levels of employees
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Manager
