SENIOR CENTRE OPERATIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities :

• Be the point of contact to plan and prepare for the certification and annual maintenance of the ISO Integrated Management System
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of carbon neutrality initiatives
• Liaise with consultant and internal stakeholders for all necessary preparation and relevant documentation works
• Conduct gap analysis, review workflow and procedures as well as make suggestions on corrective actions as appropriate
• Perform internal audits and participate in external audits of certification bodies
• Update policies and procedures in response to regulatory change, maintain the integrated management system for compliance of ISO standards
• Conduct internal trainings for raising the awareness and knowledge on the requirement, workflow and documentation of ISO systems
• Organize regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to monitor and drive cross functional teams to ensure yearly objectives are met
• Initiate and coordinate CSR initiatives among tenants and contractors
• Handle CSR and carbon emission data collection as well as prepare periodic progress reports
