Insurance Sales Training Manager (Reputable Bank)

职位描述Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Proven experience in frontline sales within a banking environment is essential. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with strong English proficiency. Experience delivering training in a dynamic, results-oriented corporate setting. Background in corporate training, sales coaching, or channel support, ideally within the financial or banking sector, is highly desirable. Expertise in designing and leading organisation-wide learning initiatives is an advantage. Deep understanding of wealth management or life insurance products, along with relevant professional qualifications, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and varied training content customised for multiple distribution channels, including high-net-worth services, business banking, and retail banking sales teams.
- Collaborate with the global training team and key internal partners to manage the learning curriculum and initiatives across all channels, offering strategic guidance on content for client-facing or internal development programs.
- Conduct interactive training sessions focused on product expertise, sales techniques, and professional skills, while supporting accreditation pathways to foster career advancement for insurance and wealth advisors.
- Coordinate and lead workshops with internal specialists and external industry experts to keep frontline teams updated on market trends and essential wealth management knowledge.
- Plan and execute talent development and leadership programs for staff and sales channels to enhance professional growth.
