职位描述Degree or above in Business or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in branch operations Qualifications of HKSI, IIQE & MPF Good interpersonal and communication skills Flexible and detail-minded Strong in problem solving, coordinating and organizing skills
Responsibilities
- Assist Branch Operation Manager in monitoring of counter operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and ensure compliance and accuracy of documents for transactions
- Assist in motivate and coach front line staff to provide high quality of customer service to clients
- Perform cashier duties
