You will be responsible for :
assisting in the development and implementation of training plans in support of the overall business strategy and ensure the smooth running and best value resourcing of training and delivery;
facilitating and delivering training to high quality of standards and at all times act in support of business objectives ensuring the provision of quality advice to line business;
creating and implementing innovative media or technology to foster an energizing learning and organizational development environment;
evaluating the effectiveness of development strategies and assist staff in maximizing learning opportunities;
supporting talent development projects that accelerate and make a change to achieve sustainable competitive advantage;
assessing training priorities and gaps, and taking a key role in the development and deployment of learning strategies and internal training curriculum to meet those requirements;
administering the e-learning platform to enhance the engagement and learning culture;
evaluating and reporting on training and development programs through appropriate reporting mechanisms and frameworks; and
performing any other duties as directed by the Authority.
You should :
possess a recognised university degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines;
have approximately 5 years of relevant experience or related exposures, preferably in a sizable organisation;
be proactive and committed in driving training and development projects;
demonstrate good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders;
be highly organised, attention to details, mature and ability to work independently and under pressure;
have experience with Learning Management System (LMS);
be proficient in computer applications; and
have excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
