We are partnering with a food & beverage group, a European family business with 15+ years' business establishment, as client to assist their recruitment on an Assistant Marketing Manager role. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will focus on traditional marketing duties for a well known food brand. Some of the job scopes include but not limit to distributor management, planning and driving regional marketing campaigns, event management and planning on pricing. There will be occasional travelling throughout the year to attend regional exhibitions (i.e Singapore, Malaysia, Korea and Thailand). The candidate can also assist on social media planning, digital marketing and eCommerce operation optionally.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute marketing strategies on assigned brands to achieve sales growth target
Develop and implement of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels and regions
Monitor, analyse and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns then provide insights / recommendations to deliver sales with justified ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities
Assist on e-commerce platforms and social media activities as an option
Support the planning and management on marketing budget of products marketing budget
Create and maintain sales & marketing materials, analysis reports and presentations, etc
Identify and coordinate joint promotions and sponsorship opportunities
Organize trade shows and participate in regional exhibitions
Job Requirements
Requirements
Diploma holder or above in Sales, Marketing or relevant disciplines
5+ years of experience in traditional / offline marketing or brand management duties preferably gained within the FMCG or food & beverage industries
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office applications and other marketing technologies as well as design tools
Strong knowledge in trade marketing with understanding on digital media, Google analytics, SEO, SEM being advanageous
Ability to interpret data and draw insights
Experience in attending exhibitions and organizing trade shows being highly advanageous
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior Marketing Officer
