Role Overview :
We are looking for a skilled multimedia designer to join the APAC Marketing team, based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing engaging and visually striking design that communicates the brand's message and intellectual capital across multiple platforms. The role will be responsible for the delivery of visual assets for the APAC region.
The responsibilities :
Creative Content Execution : Develop multimedia content for marketing campaigns, including digital experience / web layout, thought leadership collateral, social media posts, display advertising, event branding, video and audio.
The role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a general understanding of the financial industry to effectively communicate complex concepts in a visually compelling manner.
Optimised, Integrated Design : Optimise a design standard end-to-end on marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and fluency across platforms and channels.
Interactive Design : Design interactive elements such as animations, motion graphics, and interactive PDFs to enhance thought leadership materials and presentation decks.
Brand Safeguarding : Ensure all multimedia materials adhere to Neuberger Berman’s brand and digital guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
Work in close partnership with and as an extension of our global design and digital teams to ensure best practice standards are met and brand and digital stability is preserved. Meet regularly with these groups on pipeline visibility and to work on shared initiatives.

Qualification & Experience
What you will bring
Experience : minimum 7 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or digital media production, preferably within financial services, asset management, or related industries.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Design skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), as well as other design tools (Ceros, Figma, Sketch, etc.). Audio experience in Adobe Audition would be desirable although not essential. Proficient in PowerPoint.
Web Design & Animation Skills : Knowledge of web design principles, UI / UX design, and web animation tools (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, After Effects, Animate, or similar).
Video Production Skills : Experience with basic video production and editing
Creative Vision : A portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and versatility in design across various digital formats.
Fluency in English and Chinese
Personal Attributes
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.
Time Management : Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Thinker, able to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table, all whilst preserving the consistency of the brand and adhering to brand guidelines.
Stays updated with design trends and emerging technologies to keep their content innovative and competitive.
