职位描述Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field Relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities :
- Focus on Service Center daily operation, implement Service Center policy and service standard, provide a friendly call service and information inquires to ensuring a seamless experience for the guest telephone
- Deliver all guests’ messages, mail and fax are handled and distributed properly
- Ensure the efficient and prompt handling and delivery of all guest requests throughout the hotel
