Job Purpose :
We are looking for a strategic and creative E-commerce Marketing Executive who combines strong UX design capabilities with a performance-driven mindset. This role is responsible for designing intuitive user experiences and managing the commercial success of our B2B ecommerce platform. You will ensure the platform is visually engaging, functionally seamless, and commercially optimized to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
UX Design & Experience (50%)
Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user journeys and interface layouts
Collaborate with UI developers to implement and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability and customer satisfaction
Maintain and enforce design guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform
Participate in design critiques and stakeholder reviews to refine UX / UI elements
Platform Performance & Content Management (50%)
Monitor and analyze ecommerce platform performance, including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
Proactively update product categories, banners, and promotional content to reflect market trends and business priorities
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and product launches in collaboration with sales and product teams
Coordinate with product teams to ensure timely and accurate updates of product categories, stock availability and promotional content
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention through UX and content enhancements
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, Ecommerce or channel marketing
Experience working with IT vendors, partners, or in a distribution environment is a plus.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and CMS (content management system)
Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Marketing & Campaign Skills
Ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience with paid media, content creation, and performance tracking.
Knowledge of lead generation strategies and funnel optimization.
Understanding of brand guidelines and co-marketing with vendors.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
