职位描述Minimum of ten years operations experience in the oil related industry. Completed university / tertiary college education, or relevant experience in lieu. Background training in engineering or a technical discipline. Relevant qualification / experience in health & safety management. Experience with a very broad scope of technical problems and HSE compliance issues of moderate to advanced complexity. Fully conversant with Jet A-1 Quality Control Procedures. Fully conversant with Tankfarm and Refuelling Operations. Strong interpersonal skills Training experience is essential. Computer literate Fluent in English / Cantonese. Working knowledge in Mandarin.
Reporting to the General Manager. The incumbent is responsible for several key functional areas of AFSC Companies.
- Management and provision of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Services.
- Coordination of initiatives and development activities on quality assurance.
- Identification of needs and development / implementation of training programs to improve operational effectiveness for all operational personnel.
- Acting as an advisor on operational policies, procedures, and remedies to deficiencies.
- Keeping operation, quality control and HSE procedure manuals up-to-date, and conduct operations and HSE compliance checks.
- Development of culture on continual improvement.
