Our client, a Worldwide Real Estate Service Provider, is now seeking a Regional Finance Manager to join their Global Service team which supports the clients among the region.
This role will be responsible for managing both the account transition and the day to day finance operations and is a strategic financial position for the account. This covers both the client managed spend and internal company corporate profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set goals and expectations of transition requirements
- Lead functional meetings to facilitate the communication between stakeholders
- Maintain good relationships with the Regional Transition Team
- Ensure the appropriate requirements and documents are completed and provided to the nominated country
- Provide support and backup to the Country Finance Transition Leads and work closely with them
- Create required documents, flowcharts, diagrams and presentations
- Ensure quality service and timely escalation by monitoring key metrics
- Manage all aspects of the Client’s real estate Finance such as profit & loss, balance sheet, monthly variance analysis
- Provide direction and strategic advice to the team across the region
- Act as primary liaison with the Client’s primary financial managers / units
- Liaise with local corporate finance on the preparation and sending out of company invoices to the client

Degree Holder of Accountancy or equivalentAt least 8 years of working experience with 3 year management experienceProfessionally qualified accountant is an advantageExposure to and reporting of Capital Projects, Capital assets & depreciation,Budgets & forecastingGood working knowledge of accounting packages, preferably JD EdwardsExcellent IT skills - Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Auditing & Sarbanes Oxley controlsPeople Management ExperienceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levelsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
