Your new role

A Retail Bank in Hong Kong with regional business coverage is seeking a seasoned Head of Investment Strategy with a bigger focus in Fixed Ie.

What you'll need to succeed

This leadership position is responsible for developing and refining the bank's investment house view and overall market strategy.

Beyond providing house view strategies, the role also involves public engagement, serving as a spokesperson to share the bank's viewpoint on investment markets with media and industry audiences. Strongmunication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Shaping the bank's investment house view, and supporting the frontline with investment sales related materials.

Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a strong investment advisory culture.

Collaborate with internal teams to create investment sales materials for frontline staff.

Represent the bank in media engagements, providing expert insights on investment markets.

Deliver presentations and thought leadership on key investment trends.

What you'll get in return

Holder of bachelor degree in a related area.

15+ yeas of proven experience in investment strategy within a banking or financial services environment.

Strong fixed ie and macro market knowledge is highly preferred.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.

Exceptionalmunication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Deep understanding of global and regional investment markets.

Experience acting as a spokesperson for investment insights is highly desirable.

Holder of HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8.
