Responsibilities
- Strategic IT Leadership : Develop and execute an Asia-specific IT strategy that aligns with global objectives and business goals. Drive the digital transformation agenda, ensuring that the technology roadmap supports data analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Innovation and Transformation : Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and cloud solutions. Identify and deploy innovative solutions that streamline operations, enhance security, and providepetitive advantages in a fast-changing financial landscape.

- Regulatorypliance and Cybersecurity : Ensure that all IT systems meet rigorous regulatory requirements and adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and risk management – a non-negotiable aspect in the financial services industry.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree inputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in IT Management, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.Minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible IT leadership roles, preferably within financial services.Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects focused on data and AI innovation.Proven track record of hands-on technical leadership as well as strategic oversight in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloudputing, cybersecurity frameworks, data analytics platforms, and AI / ML technologies.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, project management, and modern software development practices.Exceptional leadership qualities with a strong ability to influence, mentor, andmunicate across all levels of the organization.Effective collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment.Strong business acumen with a balanced focus on technology-driven innovation and operational excellence.Ability and willingness to travel regionally within Asia.Desired Attributes
