Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership : Develop and execute an Asia-specific IT strategy that aligns with global objectives and business goals. Drive the digital transformation agenda, ensuring that the technology roadmap supports data analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Innovation and Transformation : Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and cloud solutions. Identify and deploy innovative solutions that streamline operations, enhance security, and providepetitive advantages in a fast-changing financial landscape.
• Hands-On Technical Oversight : Maintain a deep technical involvement by guiding architectural design, system integration, and Agile development practices. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves, troubleshoot critical issues, and mentor technical teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Oversee the design and implementation of robust dataernance frameworks. Transform raw data into actionable insights by leveraging advanced analytics, ensuring that business decisions are data-backed and forward-thinking.
