Responsibilities
This position is to manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
- Supervises and direct Reception and Guest Services personnel
- Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
- Ensure VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention
- Reports directly to and communicates with the Management on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations
- Follow hotel safety and security policy and standard
- Overnight shift duty is required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent4 years experiences in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experienceGood communication and customer service skillsProficient in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and EnglishCheerful, pleasant and supportive personalityImmediately available is preferredApplicants with Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager or Guest Services SupervisorBenefits :
